Absolutely! Most of our guests are not experienced painters, and that’s exactly how our events are designed. Your artist will guide you through the featured painting step by step, from the first brushstroke to the finishing touches. There’s no pressure to make yours look exactly like the example either - add your own colours, details, and personality and make it completely yours.

 Think of it as a fun, social painting experience rather than a formal art class. We’ll have your painting supplies ready, and your artist will walk the group through the featured painting one step at a time. There’s plenty of time to chat, order something delicious, enjoy your company, and have fun while you paint. At the end, you’ll leave with your own finished canvas to take home.

 Everything you need to paint is included! We provide your canvas, paints, brushes, painting supplies, and step-by-step instruction from your artist. Just bring yourself and come ready to have some fun.

Food and beverages from Kelseys are available for purchase separately.

Most events are approximately 1.5–2 hours of painting time. We recommend arriving around 10-30 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can get comfortable, find your seat, order food or drinks, and be ready when the painting begins.

Of course! One of the best parts of hosting at Kelseys is that you can make a whole outing out of it. Food and beverages can be ordered directly from the restaurant before and during the event and are purchased separately from your event ticket.

Come comfortable! We recommend wearing something you wouldn’t be heartbroken about getting a little paint on. We do our best to keep the paint on the canvas, but creativity can occasionally get messy.

Absolutely. You’re very welcome to come solo! Guests join us with friends, partners, family members, coworkers, and on their own. Everyone is working on the same featured painting, so the event naturally creates a relaxed, social atmosphere.

We’ll always do our best to keep your group together. We recommend arriving early, especially for larger or busier events, as seating is generally easier to arrange before everyone has settled in.

Many of our events can be enjoyed by teens and older children who are comfortable following step-by-step painting instructions for approximately 1.5–2 hours. All guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult, as our public painting events are not drop-off programs and we do not provide childcare or supervision.

Please check the individual event listing before purchasing, as some events may have specific age requirements.

Our public ticketed events are hosted through the Paint Nite platform, so Paint Nite’s ticket-change and cancellation policies apply to all ticket purchases.

Under their current policy, tickets can be rescheduled to another eligible Paint Nite event when the change is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled event. Changes made after that deadline may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, so please make any changes as early as possible.

Occasionally an event may need to be cancelled due to circumstances such as an artist emergency, severe weather, insufficient attendance, or another unexpected situation.

Because our public events are ticketed through the Paint Nite platform, their cancellation policy applies. If the event itself is cancelled, your ticket will be refunded in full. You will not lose the cost of your ticket because we were unable to host the event.

Simply browse the upcoming paintings above, choose the date and painting you love, and click View Event. You’ll be taken to the official event listing on the Paint Nite website, where you can see the current ticket price and availability and complete your purchase.

Craft the Night organizes and hosts your local painting experience, while our public ticketed events are offered through the Paint Nite platform. That means your ticket purchase, payment, and ticket-related changes are processed through their system, while our local team takes care of delivering the actual painting experience.

You don’t need to print anything. Having your confirmation available on your phone is always a good idea, and we’ll take care of getting everyone settled when you arrive.

Then you’ve made an original! There is absolutely no expectation that everyone’s painting will look identical. Your artist is there to guide and help you, but this is your canvas. Change the colours, add something different, follow along exactly, or give it your own twist. The goal is to enjoy creating it.
